Creating a HyppoCRM account

When you fill out the HyppoCRM signup form, we save the name, business name, and email address you enter as you type, before you submit the form. Your password is never saved from an unfinished form. If you do not finish creating your account, we may use this information to follow up with you by email about completing your signup. We also record which link, advertisement, or referral brought you to the signup page. We do not text you based on an unfinished signup, and we do not sell this information. To have it deleted, contact us using the details below.

SMS / text messaging

When you check the SMS consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages at the phone number you provide. Depending on the box you check, these may include booking-related messages (confirmations, reminders, and updates) and/or marketing messages (promotions, offers, and product news). Messages may be sent using automated technology.

• Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your opt-in information is used only to deliver the messages you requested.

Calls and recordings

Some bookings are handled by automated or AI voice calls. Where you have consented, and as permitted by applicable law, these calls may be recorded for scheduling, confirmation, quality, and record-keeping purposes.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve our services: to schedule and confirm bookings, process orders and payments, send the messages you consented to, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies, analytics, and tracking

We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies on our websites and on the websites we operate for our customers. These include analytics and website tracking that records pages viewed, referring source, campaign and click identifiers, device and browser attributes, and interactions such as clicks and form submissions; call tracking telephone numbers that record which marketing source produced a call together with call metadata such as the calling number, date, time, and duration; and form and submission tracking that records when a form is started and submitted and the information entered into it.
